We’d like to
introduce you to Crime Scene Kids! Elements of the Crime, an
interactive group activity. Crime Scene Kids! Elements of the Crime
combines learning and fun in a convenient, affordable activity that includes

The
clues may be used over and over and are printed on card stock for
durability. The facilitator's guide gives all the details you need to
help your kids determine the Elements of the Crime.
Learning and Fun
Crime Scene
Kids! Elements of the Crime is an interactive group activity for
small groups of 6 to 10 people ages Grade 5 and up. Kids work through
the 31 different clues and determine the six different Elements of the
Crime: who is the victim, when was the crime, where did it happen, what
was the weapon, who is the culprit and what was the motive.
Not only is this a
challenging activity but it is a lot of fun and it promotes educational
goals that may be part of your states required curriculum. This
activity:
- Requires recognizing
main ideas presented in texts, identifying and assessing evidence that
supports those ideas.
- Involves drawing
inferences, conclusions, or generalizations about text and supporting
them with textual evidence and prior knowledge.
- Depends on
distinguishing among facts, supported inferences, and opinions in
text.
- Calls for
interpreting a speaker's verbal and nonverbal messages, purposes, and
perspectives.
- Requires asking
questions that seek information not already discussed.
This activity is fun

conclusions, and working together in a team setting!
